Anibar Animation Festival announces a great selection for its kids and teen audience on this year’s 12th edition. Come be part of all the extravaganza starting from the 23rd right until the 30th of July! You can view our Kids & Teen Program selection here.

Our team has been actively working and planning in great detail everything that is needed in order to rightfully start the 12th edition of the festival! This time around we have even more surprises for all of the animation enthusiasts all around. As a result of the ongoing pandemic, this year we will be offering the entirety of our festival in a hybrid format where we will showcase our selection of movies in our online platform, but visitors are also welcomed to enjoy the festival in the front seat right at the city of Peja!

Anibar is a group of dedicated activists who urge young people to use animation to convey their thoughts and worldviews and to tackle major social issues that affect Kosovo’s youth. It is especially this factor that pushes us to exhibit our kids and teen selections so that they may be inspired and see all the animation world has to offer. As every previous edition, this year we have not forgotten about our youngest audiences. We have gone above and beyond to make sure that the movies that we offer are suitable for each audience and that everyone can find something to look forward to, something to relate to and get inspired from. We herein present to you our wide selection of Kids and Teens programs with all of the other exciting details that you need to know!

Starting from the 24th right until the 30th of July, each day at 12:00 we will screen a Kids Program at the Istref Begolli Theatre, while at 14:00 we will give the complete space to screening selections from our Teen Program. The teen program contains works of different parameters and themes. Stories explore important societal, environmental, but also deep humanistic topics from our everyday life, such as; love and tenderness towards your family, caring about the environment, as well accepting kids that are different, those with special needs.

This edition of the festival is one for the books, our most anticipated edition yet, coming in a totally different format, for you and yours, by us with love. Starting from the 23rd until the 30th. Do not forget your party hats!
