Anibar Animation Festival announces its 14th edition Film Program!

After the theme announcement for the 14th edition, the Anibar International Animation Festival is pleased to present the film program for this edition, which will take place from July 17th to 23rd in Peja, Kosova. The film program, which includes a diversity of themes, will be divided into nine categories, with seven of them being competitive and two being non-competitive categories.

For this edition, the total number of films that were submitted was 1509, and after a careful evaluation process, 138 films have been selected, out of which 125 will be competitive, including three Kosovar animations, while 13 will be in the non-competitive categories. These films encompass a wide range of themes, styles, and animation techniques and will be distributed across the following nine categories:

International Competition with 18 films

Student Competition with 24 films

Balkan Competition with 7 films

Animated Music Video with 30 films

Human Rights Competition with 11 films

Young Audience Competition with 31 films

Two out of competition categories

Panorama out of competition with 4 films

Experimental Program with 9 films
