Educational activities at Anibar International Animation Festival: we welcome you to join our workshops!

This year's edition we made sure to curate entirely new and exciting workshops

This edition of the Anibar Animation festival is scheduled to start on the 23rd and wrap up on the 30th of July. The organising staff behind the festival has taken all of the necessary steps in preparation, to make sure that this is an edition that fully delivers its intended message, an edition that educates the audience on everything that the animation world has to offer. But more so than anything else, it will be an edition of storytelling.

Apart from screening more than 300 in this year’s edition, for this year’s edition we made sure to curate entirely new and exciting workshops, as every other edition before. In these workshops, visitors of the festival will have the chance to learn more about the subjects, themes and ideas that are presented in the animation world.  They will learn about new techniques from industry professionals, but most importantly they will have an outlet to share their stories.

We have planned four different workshops for this years edition, and they are:

//

Title: Confessions of isolation

Tutors: Lend Mustafa,Ujeza Ademin, and Pablo Guarneros

Dates: 26-30 July

Isolation comes to us in various forms. This particular workshop aims to allow for in-depth storytelling of people’s experiences with isolation, be that from COVID or visa prohibitions. it gives the participants the ability to share through the most creative outlets. Because this workshop heavily revolves around storytelling and doing so by sharing through creative mediums, we the curators hope that the participants leave feeling empowered, because there is nothing more freeing than facing your fears, talking about them, and bringing them to the light. This workshop will be held from the 26th to the 30th of July, in Peja and it will be led by tutors: Lend Mustafa, Ujeza Ademin, and Pablo Guarneros.

In order for you to have the best experience, we have also given the necessary space to artistic workshops that are more directly related to the world of animation, with the hopes that you will learn something new and share your greatest ideas on a project you are currently working on. If you’re an animation enthusiast this workshop is for you!
