Pipa, a small plant creature, is plucking the petals of a flower. She seems happy and full of life. As she starts to follow a butterfly, she bumps into a tree and falls into the arms of Popy, a rock creature, and they fall in love. As their hands come into contact, they turn into a single root, bonding their bodies together.
