There’s a specific feeling that hits you in Peja every July. It’s the sound of projectors humming, the collective gasp of an audience under the stars at the open air cinemas, and that unmistakable rhythm of a community moving together.

As we prepare for the 17th edition of Anibar July 12th to 18th, 2026, we aren’t just looking for staff. We are looking for the people who will work hand in hand alongside to do something together.

Available Departments

We are currently opening calls for leads in the following areas:

FILM MANAGEMENT: Projectionists, Film Translators and Subtitlers.

EVENT COORDINATION: Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Presentations, Panel Discussions, Exhibitions, Networking Activities.

COMMUNICATION: Marketing Coordination, Social Media Coordination, Photographers, Videographers, Video Editors, Content Writers (Albanian), Text Translators, Public Relations, Graphic Designers.

EDUCATION PROGRAM: Education Programs and Activities .

TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION: Venue Coordination (Jusuf Gërvalla, Lake, Cubes, Bazaar, Young Audiences, VR Program), and Logistics Coordination.

HOSPITALITY: Hospitality Co-Coordination, Information Centers Coordination, Jury Coordinating.
