Daniel Saul

Daniel Saul is a filmmaker whose work is rooted in painting and animation. He has also worked as a documentary filmmaker, exhibition curator, theatre maker and leader of large-scale community arts projects. Daniel’s work is generally concerned with interpersonal biography and social inclusivity. He has made work for Museums and art galleries and festivals around the world. He currently teaches at the University of the Arts, London, as well as being co-founder and director of filmmaking company R8D Studio.

Meara Withe

Meara Withe is an experimental animator and filmmaker from London. In 2024, she graduated with an MA in Animation from the Royal College of Art and her work has recently been screened and exhibited at London College of Fashion, Close-up Cinema, the Royal Academy of Music, the Saatchi Gallery, Wandsworth Arts Fringe Festival, Brighton International Animation Festival, and London Breeze Film Festival, among others. Meara also runs creative workshops at University of the Arts London.

Workshop Description

A combined international workshop with students from the London College of Communication and the Anibar Academy working together asking questions and probing possible futures.

The workshop will include storytelling and photography and to create animated loops and projection mapping.  

Whether utopian or dystopian, expect our future to be surreal, moody and ironic.
