Stop Motion Animation- Workshop with Marcus Grysczok

On the 11th Edition of Anibar, the children have the chance to learn about Stop Motion Animation

Yesterday the children participating in the workshop had the chance to learn about the Stop Motion Animation. The lecturer for this workshop is Marcus Grysczok, and he will be teaching them for the whole week.

For this kind of Animation, the children needed to use the Stop Motion Studio App. Every step of the process of learning how to use the Application was explained in detail by Grysczok who was willing to answer every question that the children had. This process was made easier by Anibar’s volunteer Art Pasha who expressed a high motivation to translate every step of the activity.

The children were able to learn about the process of creating a new film, how to properly set the light for the process of recording, frames, and movement of the objects used in the animation. The activity that was particularly addressed today was creating a short piece of work, where one second of the film contained 24 pictures in total. For any uncertainty that the children faced during the lesson, they had a comfortable space to ask questions in order to understand the procedure better.

We would like to thank the German Embassy in Prishtina for supporting this workshop.
