But what is the cultural legacy of this work? Who were the voices that brought these characters to life, and how has dubbing contributed to the emotional connection that children and families in Kosovo and Albania feel with animation?

In this panel, we bring together voice actors, dubbing directors, sound engineers, and media distributors to reflect on the journey of dubbing animated content into Albanian: the technical processes, the evolving language norms, and the creative choices that made characters like Shrek, Nemo, or the Lion King resonate deeply in our language and culture.
