BAP Animation Studio is made up of a group of authors who are exclusively involved in making animated films. This presentation aims to explain how this collective was established, and how it has been forging its path over more than ten years of existence

Vasco Sá graduated in Sound and Image by School of Arts, UCP. In this context he meets David Doutel, with whom he has shared several projects: “The Shoemaker”, “Fuligem-Soot”, “Augur” and “Garrano”. He has been collaborating with Bando à Parte since 2011, where he has integrated the team of multiple films of different authors, both in the artistic and production departments. He is one of the founders of BAP-Animation Studios, where he works as a director and producer, together with Doutel. Both are currently working on “UNA”, their first animated feature film. He likes to see the mountains in front of him.
