In Borneo, near the tropical rainforest, Kéria rescues a baby orangutan from a palm oil plantation where her father works. When her cousin Selaï seeks refuge after conflicts between his Indigenous community and logging companies, the two children and the young orangutan, Oshi, embark on a journey to protect the forest from destruction. Along the way, Kéria reconnects with her roots and learns more about her heritage.
