Speedy The Turtle acquires a mission from the mysterious Akamai. He has to retrieve a powerful thunderstone that has been stolen by the evil tiki god Tori. Meanwhile Tori is causing mayhem in the tropical Wakiki City. However, Akamai didn’t send Speedy off empty handed: with a magical running stone clicked into his shoe, he chases down Tori to stop him and save the city from destruction.
