In a world filled with turmoil, it becomes essential to prioritize our own well-being. If nothing, this is one of the main lessons we learned even during the pandemic. On the panel discussion on “Self-Love”, we delve into the vital role of self-love, examining why it is crucial in our lives and how we can effectively practice it. We'll also explore the influence of social norms and cultural expectations on our perception of self-love, shedding light on the ways in which these external factors shape our internal relationships.
Moreover, we'll delve into the profound connection between self-love and our interactions with others. By navigating collective norms, we can cultivate positive relationships with ourselves while harmonizing with the world around us.
